superb location friendly staff broken phone broken mirror
the location was superb! i could easily walk to freemont street (that was so cool!). the staff were friendly and efficient, always ready to help with a smile. the rooms were really clean (a big plus for me!).
i had an issue with the phone in my room, it was broken so i had to use my cell. they said they would fix it (it wasn't a big deal) but nobody came. the countertop mirror was also broken and the light didn't work.

mixed experience
broken elevators valet compensation
the elevators were a nightmare. we had to lug our suitcases up to the twelfth floor because they were out of service (i swear, the escalators were permanently broken too). the hotel also stopped doing things they did in the past, like comping valet. i probably won't stay here again next time i visit.

the proximity to Fremont street is great. the freedom beat restaurant had very good food for the price. The bed was comfortable.
